Well the only thing I have left to today is take care of the 5 houses, even though they are the grass isn't too tall but its best to get it out of the way since the meteorologist mentioned we are going to have rain on sunday. We set the sprinkler system to run on mondays and thursdays and one of them is set for tuesday and thursdays in the later part of the morning.

However right now I've been trying to find the damn key to apartment C from the six-plex which is kinda irritating cause I did have it with him yesterday before I came back to my parents house *sighs*. If I can find it soon it'll be a relief, I was thinking of making some copies but decided not to yesterday. I should've put on my key ring, man this bites! *sweatdrops*

Aside from that, I'll be having lunch with my ex-boss just recently got in touch with her yesterday while I was waiting on my order at DQ(Dairy Queen)a fast food chain but I think its only in Texas. Anyhow, we talked for about 12 minutes and decided to meet for lunch today, when I got off the phone with her my order was finally ready, good thing I called her or I would've been irrate for it having taken so long. It seemed that they were having some trouble, but anyway my food was fresh and hot so I had no complaints.

Oh yeah, btw I recently signed up for Texas vs. OU tickets for this weekend from my favorite radio station, they're going to draw a name at noon hour and yeah it'll be pure luck to win them, but it doesn't hurt to try hehe!

Ok so Monday night went very well we both had a great time(Tracy decided not to go, party pooper :p oh well) I drove us there since dad was drinking a cup of merlot hehe. The only thing I wish we would've done was get there perhaps an hour later then we got there so we could watch the packers and eagles game. I don't usually go for other teams except for the cowboys but this was an exception. I've lately have made a couple of friends from a local rock station, thats the second reason i agreed to go. Just to let you know originally I was thinking of going to Chili's or On the Abuelos which is a really nice mexican restaurant though my dad was the one who made the choice to go to hooters. Hell i'm not going to disagree with him lol!

I went ahead and ordered some chicken wings as an appetizer with bleu cheese, dad ordered fish and sticks and I ordered a grilled turkey sandwich which had melted provolone with fries. I went ahead and ordered their famous wings only ten of them though and had some Shiner with our food. The waitress was really nice though she did misunderstand me when i alone asked for one last shiner heh, she ended up bringing dad one too eventually he couildn't resist and had to drink it. Also ordered a key lime pie with drizzled in strawberry mmmm loved it!! Of course before we finished our shiners he told the waitress it was my b-day(no it was officially my bday but close :p) Now I don't know if anyone realized what their procedure is for those having a bday but I found out that night *sweatdrops* They gave me two of their to-go food containers and one of those disposable drink cups you know the kind triangular paper cups. They put that in my mouth so it covered my nose and when they asked what my name was they had to remove it cause i could say anything. Anyway what I had to do was run around the establishment flapping the trays while they sang the birthday song! lol My dad of course got a kick out of it and we've decided when its Tracy's turn we're taking him to hooters and have him do it also bwhahahaha. All in all we had a great time, don't worry dad drove us home and we watched the game at home then went to bed.

The next day, got up and had to take mom's car to the dealer, then take dad to work and headed over to the apartments and finished cleaning *D* then went back to dad's house and mowed his lawn. At noon took lunch to dad and ate with him, then headed back to the apartments to mow there and instead of taking the mowing equipment back to my place decided to store them in garage of C, which I don't know if I mentioned it but C will become my office for the properties. For dinner we went ahead and used the leftover prime rib to make sandwiches and used the leftover wings from hooters as a side, worked out quite well.

Yesterday, started working on cleaning up C, ate lunch with dad at noon, went back to cleaning C, we also had an electrician come to the apartments to replace the security lights since they burned out. When I picked dad up from work we picked up mom's car, still waiting on dad's pickup, we took that in to the body shop on monday, went to go get milk and six pack of shiner and went home. An hour later I went to my grandma's to take the trash out for her and assisted her with her computer, then went home and had pizza with some shiner while we watched some t.v. then went to bed.

Today, already dropped dad off and pretty much relaxing right now *looks up* holy canoli! I sure have written quite a bit of text lol! anyway I better go now.

Well everyone, my weekend wasn't too bad perhaps one thing that was negative but it worked out in the end. i spent friday and saturday helping my dad get some stuff done on the properties. The house across town close to where my parents live had to reset the sprinkler system which didn't take too long. And then the apartment complex that is close to where me and Tracy are living at we had to clean up(couldn't do much cause water wasn't turned on in two of them which are vacant). At the apartment complex they are labeled A-F in the ones not being used are D and C. Me and my parents have been discussing that if Tracy gets a job and moves out before 6 months then i'll be moving into C and will be using that also as an office for the Properties.

Will also be taking a Contract class for real estate(gotta keep myself busy and learn some new stuff) which will be on the weekends. Saturday was ok, had to paint the parking lot so that the tenants won't be parking in the wrong areas U_U. The negative thing that happened that day was when we were turning the water back on for C unbenownst to me when I arrived back to apartment C found that the retards had left the washing machine faucets on, cold was on full blast so you can guess what happened. The whole kitchen was flooded *sigh* tried getting my pathetic excuse for a mop which didn't work since there WAY too much water to soak. So as soon as dropped dad off and home I rented a carpet cleaner and sucked up all the water. Lets not exclude that the water ended up running onto the laminated floor which was the living room/aka office. But everything was corrected after that. By the time I got my I was fucking tired as hell.

Sunday was better, got to sleep and relax that day. That night me and dad talked about going out to eat to celebrate my b-day, yeah yeah its a day early but its Monday night football at hooters(dad decided the place we would go lol) I told him we are officially making him the designated driver hehehe. Took mom to the airport this morning and told her about it. She just chuckled and asked if that was fair. I'm like hell yes it is, for one thing he doesn't drink and when he does, he doesn't even finish his bottle booo! lol I'm so psyched i'm going to have the time of my life tonight woot woot!! bwhahahahah!!!

Well yesterday went alright, got majority of what I needed to do done. I was outside most of the day and was wearing a sleeveless shirt(I had cut off the sleeves on one of my old t-shirts) and got burned a little on on my shoulders but thats ok eventually it'll get tanned like my arms.

I did go to my parents house after lunch break to take care of some bills talk with them also since they both just got back from Italy the night before so they were resting up. Until now I've been putting off some things like going to the dentist. I need ALOT of stuff done to them they're getting more crooked since my tooth incident. My dad did call and find a provider but could only find one in Tulia which isn't too much of a drive I guess never been there before though. I got home at 3:30 in the afternoon and was able to keep myself awake until 4:30 then I went to sleep but it all worked out nicely since I woke up not too long ago. It'll be enough rest to bring me back to where I'm should be. Well thats all for now.

Hmm yeah I need to really post here more often :p Well last week I finally got a call from Bell Helicopter to setup a preliminary interview which is just so they can see what I knew. They also mentioned at the interview that at the moment there are no openings and when there is I might be called back. Negative side to this is that from what I heard it often takes some time max. of 4yrs of actually getting hired but it depends on the interviewer.

On another note, I couldn't sleep a wink last night *sighs* even with aid from Unisom which is bazaare so now I have try to stay awake the whole day through....this is going to very fun X_X I do have to finish up on some mowing today though so i'll be back on later.

Hey guys sorry its been quite some time since my last post ^___^:: hehe I do have good news for everyone I graduated from AC!! OMG i actually FINISHED something :p lol Reason I say that is cause in the past when I was attending college before this one I would do well for the first semester but after that for some reason I would end up screwing things up. Now it has been awhile since I graduated but not too long. Shoot the ceremonies were held 3rd week of May but I didn't go cause I didn't think I would get it. Why? Well I did end up getting a D in my Drafting class U_U but, I am going to take it over in the fall and ace it. It should bring up my gpa and take care of the ugly grade. My instructor did tell me that Bell Helicopter has hired people who had a D in one of their classes. Seemed odd to me, fact is though I'd doing it over to make up for it besides alot of shit was going on and I got behind not that its not my fault but I'm defintely not giving up on it like the others.

I got the application for employment today but I have it all filled out already I'm going to drop it off to Bell personally so I can make a good impression. But after that I will have to restudy all my material from my classes cause they will be asking some question from those and I HAVE to be ready for them. Getting this job is very important and it'll definetly be a life changing experience. Well I better go get some shuteye i'll need for tommorrow besides dropping the application off at Bell I need to get to mowing the lawns. Well laters everyone hope I don't bore u to death lol!!

Yesterday was the first day back to work, lets just say everything was so disorganized but alas I got through it all in one piece. After I got home from work which wasn't til 11 pm cause I was checking out manga at Hastings which I didn't buy any just got some treats such as Reeses Pieces a bottle of sprite and thought I'd try a coffee beverage called Blak o.O I know weird what their coming out with. I guess they're trying to fit into the cold coffee beverages. Didn't like it, but still chugged it down ugh...

Anyhow my mom called me this morning before I went to class and mentioned that the place where my cousin Jennifer works at has an opening. Which is kinda like Big Brother program which sounds interesting to me. Told me the job is taking care of troubled kids, take them to school, help with homework, and all that jazz. Of course it would have to wait til I graduate but i would definetly like to do it. It would be good experience for me and I'll be helping someone in need as well as making a big impact on their life. Mom told me they pay is good 20,000 annual around there so definetly worth breaking out of the fast food business to do. I called my cousing an hour ago, accidentally woke her up also..oops hehe I did tell her I was interested so later on we'll get together and that way I can get more info about it. Well I gotta get back to class.

Well my Easter weekend went really nice I'm so glad I went! :) When we left town Friday I ended up sleeping the whole way there hehe, we arrived at Aaron's house at 11 pm both him and his wife Shannon were still up. They greeted up and we chatted for awhile catching up which wasn't long until we all decided to retire.

04/16/06
Yes I ended up getting some more sleep lol and cause I slept all the way there I ended waking up at 5:30 am O.o wow! Was I suprised or what! The coffee maker was ready and prepped to be started so I made coffee. Very good coffee it was had a robust taste to it definetly woke me up hehe. Aaron was the first one to greet after 30 minutes and I told him whats been going on. He grabbed some coffee and showed me that it was from Starbucks. I knew it tasted familiar, anyway he headed out to work. The rest didn't show up until a little later. My dad ended up sending me to Braum's to get some biscuit sandwiches, didn't know they were that good and bigger than what Whataburger biscuits. Spent most of the day with my nephew, in the mid-afternoon my parents helped me with my blueprints assignment and after getting some of it done I was tired so I took a nap. Didn't wake up til 7:30ish my cousin Kinsey and my little nephew Graham were telling me to wake up *chuckles* Unfortunately for them I didn't until Kinsey told me Naruto was on lol. We had dinner and then talked and after awhile we had dessert. About 11 pm my Grandpa Bill, Aunt Tina, Kinsey all left to go back to where they were staying the night at. We ended up retiring after 30 minutes the night before I had slept where my nephew usually sleeps but Tracy my other brother who is in between me and Aaron ended up falling asleep in that room so I slept out in the living room *shrugs* not that it bothered me. :p

04/17/06

I came to while my dad was watching the news on TV so I took the sheets off the mattress and folded it back into the couch. We watched the Telly until everybody was got up then we had breakfast which was good. Aaron made bacon and eggs for everyone, ironic isnt' it?! heh I had one sunny side up on toast with a dash of tobasco sauce which I was trying and liked rather well and another egg but cooked the way I normally like it I also had another slice of toast with butter and strawberry jelly(snacked on one also while Aaron was making it) as well as another slice of toast to wipe my plate down. An hour later we I had a shower with Grammy and then we all watched him as he got his easter basket of goodies of toys and chocolates and chalk in the shape of easter eggs ^_^ After that we had the Easter egg hunt for both Kinsey and Grammy which was fun to watch, when all the eggs had been found everyone mingled until lunch which Aaron called in an order of sandwiches to a local deli which also delivered. Unfortunately for me they forgot to include my food when it arrived which was fixed quite easily and I'm glad they forgot it cause the person who delivered my stuff was this cute girl, then my mom showed up and ruined it all for me *sighs* U_U Damn it all! Oh well after lunch we said our goodbyes and headed home.

Ok so thats what happened this weekend, I also recently got a call from Bernie who is Rene's husband btw Rene was my boss at Whataburger. He told me that he would like for me to help him out at his store 3 to 4 days a week. He also told me Rene didn't fire me she just was angry with me which I understand, so I discussed with my mom and after careful deliberation I took him up on his offer. In other words I'll be transferring to different store which is cool. Anyways I gotta go, I'm planning on hanging out with a friend of mine who just got back also this weekend his sisters' wedding in Hawaii.
